.dried mangoes
.nut "tacos" (very simple--a head of lettuce serves as the shells, & you make a nut mixture to sub as meat using pulverized walnuts mixed with tamari and cumin..i have recipe..and add whatever to it, guac, salsa, etc)
.hummus x 100000
.soups cups you just add hot water to
.annie's goddess dressing on veggies or just drink it by itself it's so damn good
.i have a whole list of vegan candy junk (airheads taffy, jujubees, sour patch kids, etc)
.pre-packaged seasoned tofu (thai, etc)
.nut mixes
.peanut butter puffins
.tofurkey slices on a delicious sliced bread along with veganaise
.edamame
.a custom made trail mix. no gross raisins or undesirables because you can pick whatever from the bulk bins and put your favorite snacks into it.

.....those are things that come to the top of my head. maybe not as creative as i'd hope for, but i'll keep on thinking. some of it will require a little preparation, such as the nut "meat", but all you have to do is grind up a bunch of nuts to resemble taco filling, and you can add the tamari/cumin as you go, it's so good, and on a crisp leaf of lettuce with just a few veggies thrown on, you can't go wrong...! to be continued !

Food for thought: it takes 2,500 gallons of water to produce a pound of meat, but only 60 gallons to water to produce a pound of wheat.
Interesting eh?
